Terms and Conditions

Payment
Payments for classes are due within 30 days of the class date. You may credit card, check or direct deposit.

Shipping/Delivery Policies
Online classes – A class meeting link and PDF of the book will be emailed to the student prior to the class. Our goal is to send the materials once the cancellation deadline, which is 5 days prior to the class, has passed. If the cancellation deadline has passed and you have not received the class materials, please email darla@cloudtraining.com.

In-Person classes – The class materials will be provided on the day of the class.

Refund/Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the class presentation or the quality of the materials used in the class, please submit a written explanation detailing the reasons you were not satisfied.

Refunds
are granted on a case-by-case basis. However, in our 25 plus year history of the business, we have never had a customer who was not satisfied with the quality of the training. If an employee or student registers for the wrong class or leaves the company before the cancellation deadline, a refund will be issued for the class, or you may send a substitute.

Cancellation
The cancellation deadline is 5 business days prior to the class. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. If you are a "no show" or you do not send a substitute, you will be charged full price for the class.

Cloud Training Services will consider emergency situations such as a death in the family, illness, and weather and will make every attempt to work with the person in the event of an emergency.

The cancellation deadline for a private class is 10 business days prior to the class. If a customer cancels a private training within 10 business days prior to the class, the customer will be responsible for half of the class fee.

Concerns
Any concerns about our classes should be emailed darla@cloudtraining.com
